Our Programs
Impact Leadership Delaware is proud to have it's programs very well established and respected in Sussex County, Delaware. With each passing year we strive to grow our program offerings with the goal of reaching youth who need us statewide.
Impact Delaware is the collaboration of two gender based mentoring programs that seek to inspire critical thinking, life skill development and youth activism, encouraging youth to embrace their educations, value their self worth and aspire to achieve their dreams.

All of our programs are designed for ages 10 years to 25 years old.
Unique is a strengths based mentoring program focused on the unique challenges and mindsets of young women on the rise to excellence.

We offer three different programs for varying age groups, including two annual conferences:

Man Up is a strengths based mentoring program focused on educational excellence and character development for aspiring young men.

Grown Folks Talking is a program that provides support for parents. The objectives of Grown Folks Talking are to foster the sharing of successful child-rearing techniques among parents; offer valuable resources to assist parents in navigating the challenges of raising children; and establish a nurturing space for parents to gain insights and wisdom from each other's experiences.
