OUR STRATEGY
Inspiring and guiding our youth to rise up as the next generation of leaders in their communities requires a multi-facted evidence based strategy to meet the unique social, cultural and emotional needs of our youth. Impact Delaware uses life skills development as the core component of our mentoring programs to:
EDUCATE | career workshops, college campus field trips, educational workshops
ENCOURAGE | social skills groups, leadership seminars, guest speakers
EMPOWER | civic engagement projects, community service events
