UNIQUE

UNIQUE is a mentoring program tailored for young females aged 10 to 26, with a goal of nurturing self-awareness, social skills, and resilience. Drawing on evidence-informed practices, UNIQUE utilizes a range of mentoring strategies including individual support, group guidance, and parental involvement. Sessions can be conducted in schools, office spaces, places of worship, community venues, and also offer virtual options. The cultivation of social-emotional learning skills is rooted in IMPACT's core values, with skills being imparted through small group discussions, guest speakers, competitive activities, interactive games, recreational pursuits, role-playing, videos, and more. Facilitators undergo mentoring training, receive supervision from licensed mental health professionals, and undergo comprehensive criminal background checks.
